Jewelry means love.

I’m an artist who is inspired by my child. Rejection has no place in a child’s artistic mind and I try to remember that. The best – most memorable – art comes from following your heart. Creating custom jewelry allows me to really connect with a person and learn what they feel is special and beautiful. I’m lucky that people let me into their lives to handcraft pieces for them or friends that will bring joy for years to come.

Each piece consists of handmade ceramic designs that are either strung or hand sewn onto distressed leather. Precious stones are added to reflect the mood or personality at this point. I work out of my home studio using household appliances (drills, sanders, and even a pasta machine!) This process creates a unique hands-on experience. Though it may be long and messy - sometimes 14-hour days - the end results thrill me.

My sister and brother are both artists but my life took a slower path to art. “Doing art” has always been my way but I was afraid to call myself an artist. My child has helped me realize what matters most in life and I’m very proud to call myself an artist.

Giving back matters in life. I have donated many pieces for charity, including pieces for the Jason Thompson Foundation, Paths of Grace, and the Jingle Bell Charity Event. These are just a few.
